Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our jewellery, every piece is custom-made using your selected photograph and specially crafted just for you. As these items are made to order, they cannot be resold or restocked.

However, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery and a partial refund policy for eligible returns.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Returns must be requested before sending the item back.

Once your return is approved and inspected, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the product value. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We offer free return shipping within 14 days for eligible returns.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personalized Orders

As every piece is customized specifically for you:

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
Personalized products are eligible only for a 50% refund upon approved return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after approval.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

If a shipped order is refused by the customer or marked undelivered and returned to us:

A ₹100 shipping and handling fee will apply for re-dispatch.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with re-shipping, only a 50% refund of the product value will be issued.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
