As each piece is custom-made to order, our production time is 4–6 days to ensure every detail is carefully crafted using your photo. Once your piece is ready, order confirmation pictures will be shared with you before dispatch.

After your approval, the order will be shipped. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–3 days, depending on your location.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Our jewellery is crafted to last, with proper care.

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals, as these may affect the finish over time.

• Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches and preserve its form.

• Gently wipe with a clean, dry cloth after wear to maintain its natural lustre.

With mindful care, your piece will age beautifully just as it was intended to.

• We begin processing your order within 1 hour to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, photo changes are generally not possible once the order is placed.

• If you still wish to change the photo after placing the order, a ₹500 reprocessing fee will apply, and the production process will restart from the beginning.

We recommend reviewing your photo carefully before submitting your order to avoid any inconvenience.

When you upload a photo for your projection jewellery, it is used only for creating your custom piece. Your photo is accessed only by our production team for order fulfillment.
We do not store your photo after your order is completed and dispatched.

Once your jewellery is dispatched, your photo is permanently deleted from our system within 72 hours.
